Who are we? 

Downtown Bathurst Revitalization Corporation (DBRC) is an organization that brings together merchants, building and business owners located in the Business Improvement Area (BIA). This area is located between the Harbourview Blvd. and St. Andrew Street, and between Douglas Ave and Murray Ave in Bathurst.
